The cluster's players

The cluster's players

Our cluster is made up of players with multi-disciplinary skills.

The ambition of the Supply Chain Cluster is to integrate Supply Chain software publishers who share a common vision of the solutions to be provided to customers: software that is perfectly integrated into the customer's processes.

Organic growth

Organic growth is in the Supply Chain Execution Division's DNA. In particular, it is reflected in substantial investment in Randamp;D (over 10% of sales) to enhance the functional depth of our products and make the right technological moves to ensure their long-term viability.

Our software is fully integrated into our customers' digital transformation.

External growth

External growth is an integral part of the CFD group's strategy. Its aim is to broaden the scope of our offer, or to open up to new customers, both in France and abroad.

We are present every year at the SITL trade show, the essential Parisian meeting place for supply chain players.

Sustainability

The CFD group was founded in 1881 by Matthias Zens, and the capital of the parent company remains essentially family-owned to this day. Ensuring business continuity is the essence of each of the Group's strategic projects. The strategy is then deployed through very concrete transformation projects within each subsidiary.

Preserving expertise

Our dual expertise in logistics and technology is the essential added value of the division. We are proud of our very low turnover rate compared with the market, and of the seniority of our teams. For example, when acquiring geographically distant entities, we systematically assess and consider the geographical stability of our employees.

Technological shifts

The only way for a software publisher to avoid obsolescence is to keep abreast of technological developments, particularly in terms of programming languages, frameworks and so on. This Randamp;D is a long-term investment. When we take over a software publisher who has fallen behind (e.g. no web version), we implement an ambitious catch-up plan.

The customer as partner

We see the customer as a partner. To this end, we make proposals to develop and perpetuate their supply chain by enriching our product roadmap based on clearly identified customer functions.

Independence and control

Independence and control are two of SCE's core values. This means both minimizing our dependence on third parties for the development of our solution, and taking full advantage of this freedom.

It also means renouncing a certain form of convenience, with the main benefit being superior performance, and the ability to respond perfectly to the customer's needs without complex workarounds.

Teamwork

The cluster has several sites in the Paris region, one in Sophia Antipolis, and one in Belgium. The companies work together, whether to benefit from the best expertise in each field, to foster well-established commercial relationships, or to help each other with support functions.

Each company has its own specific, differentiating offering, and is able to propose a global package that brings out the best in each solution.
