We offer our customers a preventive maintenance service: our team analyzes BEXT's logs and event logs in search of any anomalies. For certain database technologies, we can also perform certain operating actions to ensure optimal application performance. These interventions significantly reduce the risk of incidents and boost the ROI of our solutions.

Third-party application maintenance (TMA)

We set up a TMA service to ensure the smooth running of our software by carrying out any necessary updates. Corrective requests are opened directly by customers. Infflux then carries out a qualification and the confirmed anomaly is the subject of a corrective and a test campaign. After validation by the customer, the patch is deployed in production
